This is an utterly simplistic argument. Attributing the press's assessment of the legalities of the Iraq war with the action taken in Kosovo by NATO as being based on the personalities of Bush and Clinton is ludicrous and denigrates the intelligence of other journalists.

In Kosovo there were genuine humanitarian motives and an immediate emergency. In Iraq there was a clear intention to finish Bush snr's work and secure the oil. We all saw through the WMD bullshit.
