that refresh comes from windows movie maker right? try going to task manager > proceses and end the process. Also you could try switching user and going back to your acc or try to log off and back on so you save some time instead of turning it off, hope this helps.

hey just a little tip, i found it out, when ur using the wicked hood the second time you runecraft when you withdraw the essence from the pouches you have a little inventory space left so take out some essence then because after you craft the runes when withdrawing the essence from the hood you withdraw 24 at a time leaving 4 at the end, and one more crafting animation at the altar, same amount of withdraw animations from hood if you were to not withdraw some when u use the pouches. make sense?
