It's funny how you failed to provide us with a single counterexample. If diversity were a strength the richest and most powerful countries would all be located in South America. The continent is the poorest after Africa. If diversity were a strength then companies wouldn't bet taking out insurance policies against it. Sales poeple did best because they were used to time targets, finishing, and compromising. Expert groups itellectulised and ran out of time trying to get the perfect answer. Tom's on the money here and there are studies to support his proposition.
