@and1smax Israeli Medics do have antiseptics and painkillers. Usually these medics also treat Palestinian injuries in the battle zone. i have heard rather ironic stories from IDF soldiers about how they would shoot at the enemy, then walk over (when he was unable to reach for his weapon or use it against them) and treat him for his wounds.
