should have kept the knee at a 45 degree extension. because looks like you have allot of fluid around the knee that me need to be drained. As well the brace probably should not have been worn because the knee needs to have the range of motion for scar tissue not to form or stiffin as well keep the swelling down.

I just had my ACL surgery yesterday. Tomorrow, I have to remove and change my dressings. I'm a little anxious.
