Glad to hear that it's nice just stock. A few others told me the same thing as you about the windscreen. I will continue to do some research on the Scrambler. I think the local Triumph dealership will be having another demo day soon and I will ride one. Thanks for the reply, meridianknight. I really appreciate the input. Keep us (youTubers) up to date on your rides and any mods you decide to do, ok? Thanks again!
Great job on the video. I am thinking of getting a scrambler. Was it comfortable on the long ride? Have you changed anything like exhaust, sprockets, etc.? I am really interested in scramblers, so please let me know. I am so jealous that you and your cousin got to do this trip. My last long trip was from Phoenix to Sacramento...on an R-1...not so comfy. Let me know how your Scrambler is! Sweet ride! and your cousin's 750 is also great...had one, loved it, but someone stole it. :(
Thanks! My bike is pretty much stock except for a flyscreen, bashplate and engine guard. I know a lot of people have upgraded the shocks and exhaust for more offroad use.
It's pretty comfy. I'd say if you're going to spend any time on a highway, you'd want a screen. Even the small white one I have makes a big difference.
Nice video. I like both bikes but kinda want to buy a scrambler. Well done.
