  • the 3 people that disliked this should be smacked Open Handedly just for the disrespect alone......This is one of the OG's of the 1's & 2's......even if u don't like what he's doing, u MUST respect him, cause These cats had to do it the hard way, before Serato/etc...& his proof is on wax!!

  • I remember seeing him in the state, Liverpool, years and years ago !!!

  • the only reason people dont respect 45 king more is because he makes it all look so goddamned easy.

  • Whats the beat on 4:02

  • @cruzjose95 45 King - 900 Number

  • @gadget609 Thanks man !

  • This is one of the smoothest cats, period. A true seasoned vet and a legend who's legacy goes back decades. Hats off to you brah.

  • First off 45King you are a true musical selector! A lot of new dj cats don't know what it is to "dig" yet alone what a record really is. They think that the Serato controller vinyl is a real vinyl. No, disrespect to Rane. Times have changed and it's a no brainer it's more convenient to carry a hard drive than 300 lbs. of vinyl in crates. But, I know the feeling when you find that special 12" in a pile of records at that small mom and pop vinyl store.

  • the 45 king live on the 1s and 2s, one of the pioneer dj's much props

    -dj polyvibe

  • phat farm

  • Why you commenting then chump change........another scrub who wants to be a dj.

  • No shit for brains( born in 77 and been doing it since 84) I'm an old school dj. If your pea brain can do the math you add it up. 45 king is a pioneer, he should be past simply cueing a record up and playing it. I dont know what preschool club your hanging around, but dj's i know and dont know, personally have evolved since the 70's and 80's and surpassed simply cueing records for 5;40mins.( Hince roc raida} You need to evolve too, shit head!

  • LOL.....Your a clown dog! FYI i have kids so you figure that out! Dog i justed checked out anormoustv video's. That dude is wack!!!!LOL Mutha fucker trying to act like he know hip hop, but his garbage sounds like the rest of the garbage rap on the radio.LOL.. Dude even uses that t-pain voice shit, like that hasn't been done 1million times. Dog dont ever talk about old school hip hop beacouse you dont know what it is. Mc search on crack looking mutha fucka. Your making clone music

  • If you knew hip hop it would show in your music. Back then people didnt follow the crowd they wanted to out do one another. Your a follow and your killing hip hop. Stick to skateboarding. I'll never spin that wack shit or any real dj for that matter.......clown. LOL

  • Guitar at end sounds like a brass construction song

  • proper foundation !!

  • Old school cutting. Ahhhhh. Refreshing.

  • may be u can help me out with the question who made worksong? thats one old school break beat i cant find

  • Cannonball Adderley. Not sure which of his LPs it was on, but know it was a huge seller, so should be easy to get cheap on the Bay. tough groove.

  • dang! classic looping....

  • I dont give a shit either way about vinyl or serato for general dj'ing but guys who do it with vinyl just have it. It looks better and it definitely sounds better !!!!Serato? does it have that smell? Not!

  • true that, nothing beats a piece of wax

serato's kool but think about it,all you are spinning is compressed 256kbs music files wich are pretty worthless in terms of value.

  • Yeah its the value. I mean I spent so much time searching for records and when you own something that has taken six months to find its like being in love man. It's fucking awesome that it means so much, I cannot imagine that a serrato file is going to deliver that level of satisfaction of ownership.

  • I have a few ikea shelves of wax don't worry bro.

serato is the truth man...so what ur cue points are digital and i can it with stickers too..move on bro let it go man. I now carry all my wax on my ipod for gigs..yeah it weighs my pocket down..lol no breaking my back..oh and if any requests come my way its only a click away.

  • he put together one of the most popular break beats of all time...

  • Dude has all the joints! True B-Boy right there!

  • He is a fuking Legend......listen and learn.....peace Dj Cohiba

  • sounds good!

  • This is to the guy who wants to burn his own wax...get with it bro and buy Serato!!

  • cheeseman - it´s all about vinyl ! kiddo - can you dig it ? See some people don´t need computers to do the work (set cue pts. etc) for them ! Just go ahead and annoy everyone with your mobile phone mp3 plastic shit sound. Or buy some vinyl practise and then maybe we´ll take you serious.

  • sounds much better than wax i spent £8 and placed stickers on and has cue burn.

Stickers cue points all the same.

I have many many crates of tunes.

Why get left behind?? If u played out of ur bedroom u may not talk so much shit!

  • If you seriously think that mp3 ´s sound better then true vinyl you are simply lacking the premises to present music in any way. "only one click away"- Who are you, a robot serving caponized barn dance ? Use at least aiff files or other high quality formats and the highest sampling/bit rate possible. Smart guests will ask their money back if deceived by lazy wannabee mp3-jays like you.

  • True True TRUE!!

  • WORD UP!!! Well said Betzman67.

  • the 45 king made this video before Serato came out

and had Serato before most dee jay's

  • Excellent selection of breaks, does anyone know 4:10?

  • He is not called "The 45 King" for nothing bitches!!

  • I LIKE THIS!! DO MORE VIDS, 45 KING!!!

  • how he got all those diffrent tracks on the same vinyl ..?

  • there is two dj programs that I know of. One is call serato, this is connected too your turntables or cd players by a small box which is then connected too your laptop or computer. The program comes with two vinyl 12" or cd's that you use

  • fo sho' i got serato too but he dont use a computer for changin his tracks so its impossible...

  • my guess is he got custom pressed vinyl

  • my guess is dat hes usin some kind of breaktionary...foe examples DJ Q-Bert - Breaktionary Volumes 1 - 4 for example...ya neva heard of dat? peace...

  • these are his customs records...i got these records which i found record digging!

  • he used to burn his own wax. i have a 45 of breakbeats from him.

  • where/how did u get that??

  • i had a friend who lived in the same neighborhood as him and he got it while hanging out at his place. when i saw it i asked could i have it and he said sure. that was back in the late 80's

  • thats crazy, i been tryin 2 find a place 2 burn my own wax 4 tha longest...

  • @bncdevil custom press. i've had it done. relatively inexpensive, and i know he's got more loot than me.

  • Anybody know the beats at :25 & 1:34?

  • i thought i was dropping into De La Soul's "Buddy!" hahaha anyone know what i'm talkin about? you gotsta know!

  • This is it! Love the style!

  • one of them is hear the drummer get wicked
