Not keen on the new one, prefer the 2.5. The new one is faster, bust its lost the essence of what it should be, a roader like the lotus elan was. many will disagree.
@milkymike375 My dad has an older model, (1990) and basically the only difference is that the new models are more cushy and offer more creature comforts. Air conditioning and radio were mere options in the early 1990's Miatas, but the newer models have kind of lost there unique charm.
Have you driven one? Lots are saying the mk3 is more like the mk1 :) - I had two mk1s before this and feel this is more of an evolved car, quicker, stops quicker feels just as much fun (it MUST be lowered though and have the aligment done correctly, otherwise they can feel rubbish).
the LF 2.0L in the NC has VERY VERY MUCH potential!!

yeah, i just got one and couldn't be more pleased... never drove an older model, though.
