Jade Cargo only uses original 747-400 ERF and it is definitively a testflight because NO pilot in the world would make an normal approach like this under such good weatherconditions...
Not a go around, nor a flight test. It's a chinesse freighter, refurbished, but not a 747-400. Dome's lenght is not supposed to be that short for 400's.
Incorrect. It is not a refurbished one, but was originally manufactured as a 747-400F. 747-400F keeps the short upper deck that you would find on a -200. If it was a converted 747 classic, it wouldn't have winglets. If it was a 747-400 that was converted from passenger service to a freighter, it would have blocked out windows and would have the longer upper deck.
Its a "test" flight! For those who do not understand what that means,it means that every system of that aircraft is inspected and tested to ensure saftey, and proper functions before delivery to the customer. Boeing has high standards, when it comes to the aircraft they build. They dont sell thier customers shit. lmao. By the way, the aircraft is 747-400F.
how do you know? people can simply post any video they find on the web and say it was them...... I betcha he missed the approach.. and you are a dope.... can't think....
LOL - Does that look like an approach to you? Nothing about the descent was stabilized, this is clearly NOT an attempt at landing. Sorry to burst your bubble.
Were they doing this testing at Moses Lake I wonder? It looks like it to me. And I assume an auto couple to the Localizer is different than the pilot flying the needle manually. I think assuming the Localizer was up and the Localizer channel was correct in the plane, they might need to tweak the plane before it is delivered?
I think thaid was meaning that this is sort of a test drive (Flight) right after it is made so Boeing will know it will actually stand up to the test.
Venezuelle, my sentiments exactly. There has never been nor will there ever be a more beautiful bird than the Connie. My dreamship is a Connie with C-130 powerplants.
it`s a test flight before the boeing company handing the aircraft over to the airliner, they are doing a low approach over the runway ,it gotta be a good pilot, coz the aircraft floating over the runway without losing any altitude!
b747 and b737 r probably the best planes built in the world for civil aviation aircraft such as a380 are just completly useless at some airports! coz they are too BIG!

This is the most peculiar flight test - or test flight I`ve ever seen...
I have flewn the Jumbo for several years, but never came across such attitudes in close proximity to ground. This looks dangerous......

ya this heavy do provides a lot of lift, without much weight in this test flight, the airspeed could've been in only 120 some knots!

notice he was using a lot flaps..
