The guy who said that Seattle's speech is a piece of white literature is absolutely correct. Sealth did NOT say the speech so often attributed to him (there was no buffalo in his tribal history nor were they endangered in the 1850s, the date which his alleged speech was made). The speech in its entirely no doubt came to us through the democratic speechwriters of the 1970s.

@Superdave1ize He's right. Those weren't Chief Seattle's Words. It was written in the 70s by a screenwriter named Ted Perry.
