I didn't do all the achievements, some were too hard to consistently replicate or were too easy and didn't need showing. I never downloaded the expansion as I had moved on to another game by the time they released it.

well i got the achievement by opening a privat game and inviting my friends.but online with other players you might wont get it, because its glitched badly.

nobody can help you with that one, you have to get through all the campaigns on expert on ur own, theres really no tips for expert mode since you know, the zombies spawn in random places and everytihng and its just chaotic...

Well, there are some achievements that are pretty much self explanatory like, burn the witch, or stomach upset. They're pretty much all up to how you go through the campaign, there's really no tutorial on how to do it.
