  • i usually dont say much on these vids, but all u clowns with big mouths that set at u r pc and got nothing better to do that run u r mouth over something most of u will never do or experience is pathetic , put u r diapers on and go back to your playpen , i been doing this for 37 years , both as paid and volunteer , it tickles me to see some of these remarks for u supposed firefighters or wanna be's

  • @mrRickywayne54 in comporrison to nonfirefighting personel I these firefighters are heros and risked thier lives to save another. Now comparing them to other fire deparments I have had exposure to this appered to be case of lack of training. Not training that the state has to fund you to do either. Training that is as simple as going to the back of the station and pulling hose and doing complete house fire evolution. Or practice donning your gear. So this is lack of motivation or insentive. RIP

  • How sad. The fire department can only do so much. Quit bashing them.

  • people trapped? very lax in doing the right thing here. i would be ashamed if this was my dept.

  • videos like this make me glad the 6 smoke detectors in my house are all wired together. one goes off they all go off. something like that may have helped these folks. obvious from the little fire that this thing smoldered quite a long time to fill the house with smoke with no flames showing at all. good job to the guys on the scene. you do the best you can with what you have to work with.

  • All those who are dissing these guys aren't very knowledgeable about firefighting. Those people were dead before the FD got on scene. You can see the fire has used up the air in the house as the windows are being sucked in from the negative pressure. That is a potential backdraft or flashover situation. Those two "hillbillies" risked their lives with no RIT team outside for them. A little slow, maybe. But then again, SOMEBODY should be running the pump while you're inside. Good job.

  • GOOD KNOCK DOWN GUYS????? WHATEVER. IT TOOK OVER 4 MIN TO GET IN, THEN HE TAPPED ON THE WINDOW. Yes they were short handed, but they obviouslj had an idea that were people trapped, the hose didnt move much going thru the house. It should take you 60-90 seconds to dawn your PPE and get in to do your search!!!!!! This video makes me sick. HILLBILLIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ppl dont give smaller outfits the credit they deserve. Anyone can be a hot shot when u got 50 guys backin u up.

To the crews onscene, u did everything u could guys.

  • @gotgank Manpower aside, there's A LOT wrong with this. Getting down off the rig half dressed?! Pure bullshit. If he had time to throw on his bunker pants, he had time to gear up. Seconds count in this business. How about taking a halligan up to the house with him while waiting for water? Sucking down half his air before even getting inside? No way to know if anyone was alive at that point but you move as if they are. You are right about one thing: there ARE NOT enough firemen on scene.

  • This video is absolutely painful to watch. I don't even know where to begin...

  • we are very proud of the firefighters, EMS and law enforcement in our community ... sure, there are always things we can do better, but the key to having better rural fire departments in this country is convincing state and federal government to fund them and provide the money for equipment and training.

  • Good knock down guys,,,,you did all you could with what you had. Its like this in most parts of our country. They were probably deseaced before you you even were dispatched. Its too bad.
