You clearly have a lot of talent as a modeler, if I may offer some advice though...

You should never create triangles in your mesh, I saw lot of them in your video..

Triangles don't deform properly when it comes time to animate the model.

@ectoven when it comes time for me to animate, quads are completely irrelevant. My skills apply to mostly real-time 3d, such as game engines and I only think "Quads only" when creating hi-res models to render normal maps with. Triangles and vertex weighting FTW

I used the Mirror modifier, in the modifier area in Object Mode.

@leileilol So I have been adding an airplane deleteting the 2 top vertz and I end up with a line and 2 vertz. I then select one vertz and extrude. this feels very gay, Is there any other way I can do this without adding an airplane.
