  • Ah. But how do you avoid striking your face against the kettle? The further you extend would that not drag your upper body down closer to the kettle?

  • good point, i dont use a kettlebell with my training i use a barbell which is much lower, i also thrust backwards enough when doing my burpee to be away from the barbell.

  • I do this drill and I was curious how the form was poor. Can you explain? I would like to correct mine.
