I have something very simillar to that one, except mine isn't spring wound, mine uses 3 C size batteries, and the sounds and music are digitally recorded, mine plays something like 6 or 8 songs, one per hour, and it has a night sensor so it won't go off at night. I've not seen a spring wound clock that also plays music before. I believe my parents bought my clock from Germany.
