He said that there wasn't anything wrong with her vocal cords or inner organs.She could recover her voice from shoke or surprise...or she could never recover her voice at all.So it was all up to fate. But then at the end, he said that the medicine could be expensive so be prepared. I guess that means there is way to cure it. ^^
