the game got pretty bad reviews, but appearantly there have been many updates. so, how does it play now? is it good? is it still bad?

@Mellathor I originally played in the Beta and it definitely still has the same feel for me. That's not to say it hasn't been updated though, they're currently working on updating the battle system and have recently added dungeons in 1.18. I can't speak for higher levels, I only ever reached 25 or so on my other character and from what I can see there is a lot of grind at higher levels.

@Mellathor It's a difficult game to recommend to anyone. I personally enjoy the longevity of it, it's rare that a game makes you walk for hours across the map to get anywhere, and whilst others may dislike the game for reasons like that alone, I enjoy those aspects. It still has its flaws, less so than on release. I'd say try it out, it's free to play at the moment and we both picked it up for like £5 on Amazon.
