Humans have suffered perhaps the worst out of all races in recent history: Ever since the Third War they''ve been constantly loosing territory and influence, and with the expection of Theramore (Which will be lost in MoP...), and Stormwind's brief resurgance under Wrynn (Which also has gone rather tits-up), they have yet to make any real comeback.

They keep losing land, people and influence, and still they persist, which is what's so cool about them.

In Warcraft 3 even the Orcs are more noble than Humans. Humans are only more noble than the Undead... Even so I still prefer the Humans (and Terrans in Starcarft 1) over all. Probably because I am so noble as Orcs, Night Elves or Protoss are noble.
