I'll give you and idea.............just add a table spoon of cayenne pepper in your favorite shampoo...........and simply wash your hair............i do it and my hair looks beautiful.
@Dora7840 Yes definitly i mixed mines with my conditoner and left it on their but be careful that stuff will really burn your eyes and is hard to get out the hair like foreal.

I used the MN for hair growth. I mixed one entire tube (walmart brand) and a couple drops of moisturizer in a spray bottle and filled the rest with water .. I sprayed it and messaged in on my scalp for 30 days everyday. I got 1/2 to 1 inch depending on the area of my hair.. I had no side effects.. it worked great for me.. I use it every other month ,, When I was and deep conditioned once a week also..
Don't forget to eat cayenne pepper. It does the same thing while it's in your bloodstream.
