  • doubles to me is one of the hardest ones.. but its also for sport specific endurance for doing the cardio x in the morning and the other workout in the afternoon.

  • Funny - the guy in 7 days lost a lot of bodyfat. He writes that he could initially do 2 pullups - I take it he was equally as poor at pushups - lets say about 20 - so he lost a load of bodyfat that first week on doing about 80 push ups and 16 pull ups and a few squatting exercises total. If you believe that you'll believe anything.

  • Between day 45 and 60 there is a very VERY minimal difference. I wouldn't call these crazy results, just a cry for attention. I'm glad you managed to be successful with the P90X system, but the results really aren't that impressive at all.

  • that program is REALLY DIFICULT TO FOLLOW, the first week were you able to do all the 60 minutes of each dvd without become shit before it ends? because i have it but it beat me at the 30 minutes then i have to stop and rest

  • @elDreDas Maybe that's the problem. Your not supposed to stop for rest, no matter how hard you want to. It's all about mental will power. If you have that, then there's nothing that can stop you. I am now on my 4th set of P90X, and I am 14 years old. Now, just because I am young, that doesn't mean i can't have killer results. When I started, i weighed 110, with 2% fat. Now, i weigh 156. All muscle. P90X will definitely change my life.

  • @DjBC1000 i see you have no idea about the human body, are you a idiot or something? the human body reacts to different food types.... if you work out to the extreme and see pure protein and take your correct about of carbs.. your body will change so fast, if u continue to eat more than your body needs, your body will change slowly... you need to Create a caloric deficit is the key to fat loss.....

  • I'll have to admit that there is a little bit more than p90x going on here.....but im gonna back Madsbille up and say that ppl CAN and have gained more than 10 pounds of muscle in a year. Honestly i cant even believe you are saying you can ONLY gain that much in a year. If this were the case then body builders wouldnt be as big as they are....yes they train their whole lives but saying that you cant gain 10lbs of muscle in a year is obsurd, it really is.

  • Hey man great results, I am on day 16 ....on day 12 i had lost 10 lbs .....but it seems my weight is staying the same now.... did this happen for you? i started out at 184lbs and now at 174lbs...the love handles are a bitch to try to get rid of haha how did the weight go for you??

  • also, it is impossible to build 15.5lbs of lean muscle ESPECIALLY on a calorie deficit in 60 days. That's not an opinion, that is pure fact based on studies done. Do your research please. Getting in shape doesn't take 60 days or 90 days.  It takes a whole lifestyle change.

  • @ArmenianAssassin If you read carefully he claims to be trying to "gain mass" during the first stage. In the first stage, the standard P90x program calls for relatively low carb/high protein theoretically leading to the calorie deficit you mention, but since bulking he is most likely following the phase two 40/40/20 macro split. Now I agree that 15.5lbs of muscle is pretty substantial, and who knows how embellished those measurements really were ;) Good job nonetheless!!

  • @stubaby0909 Listen. It is impossible to gain 15.5 lbs of lean muscle in 60 days naturally. Also, his bodyfat decreased by a substantial amount in a short amount of time. Look at his day 1 and immediately switch to his day 15. He went from having a beer belly to seeing the outline of his abs. You can't gain muscle that fast or lose fat that fast, this video is 100% bullshit

    So many people have done it.. And I've seen bigger gains in the same time span, no external hormonal help what so ever, and they were not in their teens either..   • @MadsBille you're so grossly misinformed its almost funny. Calorie deficit is the only factor to fat loss, you must burn more in a day than you consume. Lean muscle helps your body burn more calories but that all goes towards your daily caloric deficit. Gaining more than 10lbs of MUSCLE in a year is extremely rare. The guys youve seen gain more than 10lbs of weight in a year probably included about 9lbs of fat.

In fact, because the energy potential in fat is much higher than glucose, it is actually the prefered energy source to drive aerobic exercise (present in P90X) and when the body is in a low exercise (rest/sitting) anabolic state.     bout the program i was thinking about getting it, but unfortunately when i visited one of youtubers that shows his transformation that lead me to his profile there and to severals as well in team beach body site (p90x program web site) i find out that they're taking MUCH supplements that i am trying to avoid. i prefare to have something natural rather than supplements cause it makes ur liver fatty. sorry against P90X.

    You don't HAVE to take supplements to get results, just good quality food and plenty of sleep. Supplements just help you along the way. And one more thing, supplements don't do any harm to your body.

  • @TheCrimsonKing09 Protein is important but even in the bulking phase of a diet it should only be at 30%. fat intake shoudl be 20% and carbs 50%. Its not about flooding your body with protein its about getting your body enough carbs so that you have enough energy to work out INCREDIBLY hard; that way you achieve those results. I guarantee you this guy did not skip days or give 70% effort. He for sure went 110% everyday. Probably was taking in about 2600-3000 calories a day too. Day 23 for me!
