This is just so NOT true! I have a gastric band since september 2009 AND get the vitamine B12 injections cause my level was way to low. I did lose weight ofcourse, but now i still have the band and the injections, but don't lose any weight anymore, i still eat the same. nothing changed except for the weight loss. B12 is NOT a diet.
