  • looks like a swet box i put some soler pannels and a 12v boat motor on the back be better the pedling it

  • - Dont forget sponges during the trip.Incase water comes in,they work very good to make them out..

  • 6:09 : How about more closer gap between the feet(?)

  • As a newbie industrial designer,i wanted to add some comments, although i love the fantastic design..

-Any stabilezers under the boat can make more drag but can also give a balance(?)

-Any immediate floating emergency life savers? (Boat) Flares(?)

    - Painting it black colour can take(collect) whole sunrays and can make inside hotter. Why not WHITE+Reflective colour outside? Cooler the inside, better it can.

  • GO GO GO GREG! :)

  • Absolutely Awesome.

    Way to go Greg.

    2012 Around the World ?

  • Excellent.

    Much better with sound.

Sweet Machine. Has she been christened?

Is there any type of drive train multi gearing that you can shift or is it just a single speed?

If it's just a single speed how did you determine gear ratio, resistance of the prop in the water?

In rough seas with all the windows and hatches closed I would guess it would be unsinkable.

It vehicle won't float but I'm getting a Velomobile Quest in the next few weeks.

  • - not christened yet

    - single speed. I will carry a 2nd drive leg and it may have a differently geared prop on it. Speeds, cadence, resistance was all calculated in advance and it all worked out!

    - 5 water tight compartments. Unsinkable if all compartments are closed up properly.

    - Quest is nice! Good for you.

  • I've gone to you web site and bookmarked it.

Your Craft is a beautiful creature.

The Quest will be my first recumbent.

Primarily for transportation we use our bicycle built for three (Triplet) or our bicycle built for two (tandem) depending whether I'm riding with either one or both of my children.

At ages 16 and 14, my daughters have grown up riding bicycles one way or the other since they were infants.

    Human Power Rules!

  • That looks like a very successful trial. Congratulations. You felt the dampening effect of the keel. Stability looked nice too.

  • so cool !! good luck!! i live hawaii will be waiting!!!
