Bush voters on average had higher levels of iq and years of education in the 2000 election. 2004 election iq and education levels were slightly higher in favor of Kerry. Carter and Bush senior are considered relatively intelligent presidents while Reagan and Kennedy relatively unintelligent. Still doesn't make Bush a good president.
