@9Seraphina You have no idea what youre talking about. Gymnasts are some of the most talented and devoted atheletes that there will ever be. I did gymnastics for 7 years and i was practicing for 12 hours a week for 3 hours at a time. Everything is hard. You probably cant even do a forward roll.

@multihappydayz @CrAzYhOtStUfF24, I think 14 is and okay age to start. I'm 14 too and I just started gymnastics this February. When I started, I couldn't even do a cartwheel, only a foward roll. Now I can do forward rolls, handstand forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, front and back walkovers, round offs, backward rolls, backward roll to handstands, aerial cartwheels, aerial round offs, aerial front walkovers, front tuck, front handsprings and flysprings. Just believe you can and train hard!

@PandaPal127 No, you're not to big right now, but if your grow more(which you most likely will, even just a little bit) you can still do gymnastics, but you and your body will have to adjust for the height and weight change which will throw you off temporarily.

All the work has paid off for them and it shows!! They just need to work a bit on pointing their toes and straightening their legs but they've got the hardest part of the skills down :)

and gymnastics isn't just flexibility...it takes a lot of strengthening and tons and tons of work

believe me i've been there and done that

But do give it a go and make sure you're willing to give up a heck of a lot of time if you want to make it far :)
