In the AAA lockout guide any BMW (i think its like 99 and newer) must be towed to the dealership or if the person has a spare set of keys at home, to their home. You simply cannot unlock one.
The tow driver should be able to get into a car with out problems instead of towing it. My AAA tow drivers does it all the time when my wife leaves her keys in the cars.

I have a 2001 bmw 330 xi so I would know. I have taken car of the car better than some the ladies in the past I've dated. I love the car & performance & it's a hot looking car & especially the ladies like it also but the mechanisims of it start to break down heavily after the warranty runs out. That is why they only give you 4 years warranty. Other cars like a Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Subaru last longer & are more dependable. The styling may not be as hot as the bmw's but they are better built. Ha!

beat u can't! my beemer once you lock it, even with the windows rolled down you will not be able to open the door, not even from the inside. the lock pin hides inside the door and the inner door handle is useless. go try opening cavaliers or something else....

they gotta move it like that because they can't unlock the steering column. so they have to use a dolly under the front wheels so they don't snap it.
