if you are refering to the panasonic fz28 camera, then no, it is a different adapter ring than the one that comes with the camera. the panasonic part number for the needed adapter is DMW-LA3. it is 55mm i believe. i use a third party adapter that is 52mm. the raynox fits between 52mm and 67mm. the needed adapter is basically a spacer so the lens of the camera doesn't hit the lens of the raynox when the camera lens is zooed all the way out. hope this helps.
