If I were to see Hendrix play live and closed my eyes while he played guitar with his teeth, then behind his back, then rubbed the guitar on the speaker and then smashed it, I would still be faced with the overly fuzzed distorted feedback which Matt does not have. I prefer to hear a clearer sound. This is just my personal choice though, but I think that I am alone.

La seule chose que je reconnais d'Hendrix dans cette vidéo, c'est l'intro. Le reste, c'est du shred pur et dur, un truc que j'ai du mal à apprécier quand ce n'est pas nuancé. La force des guitaristes comme Jimi ou encore Frusciante, c'est de réussir à équilibrer leur jeu, et d'apporter à la fois technique et feeling dans un tout harmonieux.

Bref, Mattrach, très peu pour moi.

Ya du talent c'est clair, mais pour un groupe de rock c'est pas seulement une guitare et un solo. Ce que je reproche c'est le statut de la basse et de la batterie qui demeurent accompagnateurs du soliste. Jimmy Hendrix c'est pas seulement lui même mais c'est aussi Mitt Mitchell qui est excellent dans Fire, Led zepp c'est pas que Jimmy page c'est aussi Bonham, Page et Johnes tous excellents les uns que les autres.

Ce qui serait pas mal c'est donc une batterie et une basse plus présente :)

I rock like this dude though. He's cool although he's a bit young. He will be more refined with more live exposure and maybe a change of clothes to look more like a rocker / rock guitar player and not look too clean cut teeny bopper goofy like Jonas bros.
