This damn show, I remember watchin this first episode after the superbowl, i was hooked At 13 ! now at 35 i look at the show from an actors point of view. it was well produced,the stories and music were fantastc. the family reminded me so much of my own, especially the dad..still very entertaining to watch .

It was so real just like ppls everyday lives, that's what made it great that ppl were able to relate to it. These so called Reality shows today are crap, and aren't reality. These other shows are garbage with talentless ppl. I guessd networks have ran out of ideas. We will never get any show like this ever again, not even remotely close.

This was one of the few USA series which made an impact in the UK, I loved this series, Winnie Cooper was the love of Kevins life, they never made it after all those growing up years, it was so sad. But thats how life is. It was so real . I just loved waiting for the next episode. They started as small kids and when the series ended they were like 20. One of the best USA series seen here in the Uk.

Wonder Bread and the Wonder Years - hostess twinkies were 5 cents.... i came home for lunch from school on the bus every day ... my mom was home..... mom's didn't work back then outside the home - my brother was 6 years older than me.... so I knew all the music..... we played outside in the summer - kick the can..... no one worried about crime in the burbs - my first car was a 66 Buick Wildcat my dad bought for me for $600 :)
