I think to be fair everyone who is involved may it be the primary surgeon or the "by-stander" just watching the operation should be reprimanded and penalized. Though the primary surgeon is the head of the ship, I think that OR has too much people to handle. I'm also bothered that the surgeons and the nurses are not aware of the proper "sterile" procedures in the OR. It shows the quality of care they are providing the patient when there are many people NOT WEARING MASKS in the OR!

I've watched the video. Looks like they did a simple extraction...but protocol is protocol. There is a guy in the video not wearing mask and without gloves holding a cellphone in front of the patient's rectum during extraction taking a picture. What they did shows a very low standard for sterile OR techniques. Hope the patient doesn't have an infection. The hospital can only suspend or fire them. The patient should file appropriate charges since the confidentiality rule is violated.
