slipknot is my favorite band, but that doesn't mean much. i grew up with both of them. if i were to listen to them now, i'd say slipknot sounds the same, but in a way, linkin park does too. sound wise, slipknot gets repetitive, but lyric wise, linkin park is the same. lies, breaking something, stuff like that.
