This is a weather weapon.. or worse.. There was never a balistic missle threat.. because the elite ran all the countries.. they create the threat to hide the real reasons these things are bbeing made.

Seems like an awful big expense to move a radar system to a workplace rather than move people to work on the radar where it was in Alaska.
