I love this airline so much.. I fly w/ EVA every time I come back to visit my family in Vietnam.. just 1 thing I don't like about this airline is the uniform.. but it's ok, as long as they have a perfect service unlike the "lame" China Airlines.. TAKE EVA IF YOU HAVE TO VISIT ANY COUNTRIES IN ASIA!!! highly recommended...

I must say that Singapore Air has the sexiest  flight attendants, but EVA is just behind them a little!! I always fly EVA going to Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, the Philippines. Where to next??

Quite a nice, lengthy promo-video. One thing is sure, EVA Air is the only airline that turned difficult GREEN COLOUR into fashionable and classy uniform. The subdued green gives girls (F.A.'s) a certain sense of composure & maturity which you don't see in other airline uniforms. And wings pinned on their chests & stripes on their forearms add a hint of military flavour which gives it a masculine charm. The uniform is very well done, I suggest don't change it.

What's wrong with American chicks? Well, let's see - the cute ones basically want to get into your wallet for as much cash as they can get when a divorce comes around. Next, when they are just dating, they want you to spend money on them for dinners and clothes before they have sex with you. Oh, when they get married, they get fat, probably so you get sick of them, divorce them and then they get all of your assets in the divorce. American women are materialistic - the cute ones anyway.

@MrDaveyHansen Well, that is true. I have had 3 opportunities since my first marriage to get married again, and ALL 3 women refuse to sign my pre-nup!! So, I politely told them goodbye. One of my brothers is a surgeon and he got CLOBBERED in his first divorce and he's getting married again - without a pre-nup!! After his next divorce, I will have a larger annual income than he will!!

I understand that the ASIAN carriers get rid of their women after they get close to 30 years old. How sad - that would never happen here in the US because of the potential lawsuits. I flew EVA to Taiwan and Thailand and will always fly EVA!! Great service and very pretty ladies and if any one of their female FA's wants to marry a successful American guy with a good career, nice house and a good future, let me know!!

As an Airline Pilot i say Bravo. Beautiful Asian female flight attendants, like it should be and like it was in the US back in the day. Now it is a bunch of old dry up Hags and Fags. The job is not  what it use to be.

Looking forward to flying with you one day. You are so right, the job is not what it used to be, I can certainly attest to that. Being a male flight attendant with over 20 years experience, I suppose that would put me in both the fag and hag categories. But I will tell you that I respect all aircrew, even 28 year old inexperienced cocky pricks, and would try to keep an open mind. I would still function as the professional i was trained to be, and I hope you do the same. We are on the same team.

Its "Fags" who will serve your fat a** during a transoceanic flight when you get hungry, its "fags" who block the cockpit with the cart when your ugly a** has to use bathroom. I have flown EVA AIR from San Francisco to Taiwan & Manila as final destination around 2005.They have pretty good personal service & the F/A's are the best.I have flown a lot and I highly recommends them.This inspite of 4 hours wait in SFO for some problems on the Airplane.I did not mind then since our depature time is 1 am & we left almost 4 am.Despite of that we are given free food and I managed to sleep while waiting on the lounge.They served drinks & snacks too.Thanks for good service.

on my recent flight with EVA, the flight attendants rushed through both dinner and breakfast service and disappeared for the rest of the flight.

P.S. No footrests on all EVA aircrafts. Strange

I have seen some footrests, maybe it was longer ago when you rode. But, about the flight attendants dissapearing, that does seem interesting. When I rode they would be there for the meals, then unless you constantly jabbed at the attendant call button they would be nowhere to be found. Especially in times that you woke up all dry mouthed from the cabin air and need a drink. Not that I don't like them or anything. They have great service!

There is no longer any footrest on EVA. From the old 747-Combi to the new 777W, no footrest in economy. Service wise, its above any U.S base airlines yet, they do seem to run off into the galley after meal service alot. I would stick with SIA, although more expensive i know i will get great service, Great IFE, comfortable seats and a footrest.

Lucklly China Airlines employes both male and female cabin attendant. You can see many Chief purser are male. I agree with you about the discrimination of BR. That is why BR is never a TOP 10 airlines worldwide. CI ranks #8 this year. Congratulations~
