Hey me and my freinds have a band, shupadum (yes the name is weird, but its a long story). Although my preferd drumming style is towards the heavy metal side, my band plays more indie rock/classic rock and i have just been woundering what other people around the world think of us. this was a very good video...ive been into drums for a while now but have only played real drums at least 2 times...the only thing I have is the floor to make a slight bass sound with, but i need more practice with staying on beat...maybe ill invade guitar center and use there double bass drums if they have them out for test play...and ive been wondering...are you a furry, cause you like to wear that partial fursuit...cause im a furry, but im just curious about you, its hard to tell with you,lol

@Huargos1 oh, im glad you asked! we furries like anthropomorphic creatures, or animals with human attributes such as walking on 2 feet or talking, or both... some of us like to dress up in animal costumes that we design to reflect our personalities. for example, im a wolfski(wolf/husky), i would dress up in a fursuit that i design and commission to my specific details... we furries like to socialize at meets we call fur cons... but there are ppl out there that hate us... dont listen to them!

I remember when I got my drum kit, I opened it and assembled it with my friends (It was a birthday gift) and they wanted a drum solo. Naturally I was terrible, mediocre at best. But, just a year and a half later (and only a mere year of drum lessons) I can honestly be proud of myself on the instrument that my dad spent every penny he had for me. Long story short, this made me think of that and every great drummer (Buddy Rich, Neil Peart, Terry Bozzio, etc) and that they probably stumbled too...

did you know that gh drums can help at drumming cause i played that game so much and am on expert and only took four drum lessons and can already play a bunch of beats my drum teacher is impressed lol too bad i wont get to practice acoustic drums in my house cause of noise but i will get an electric set soon hopefully it is as fun as acoustics.

I have a question for you. I have watched alot of your videos. but I'm having trouble when I get up to a certain speed with the double bass. My legs just freeze when I reach a speed. You dont need the best set of pearl drums and Neil Pearts Rocktagon Cymbal set to learn or to help others.

Whats up Spikey! Question for ya. I play'd quads in high school marching band, but never really sat down at a kit and play'd. Im looking at buying the Yamaha DTXpress IV Special kit. Are electronic kits capable of double bassing at speeds like you do? My 14 year old son is playing guitar now and I want to start jammin with him.
