All of Ray harryhausen's model's are amazing! But my personel Favorite is the Hydra,it look's so real! Just like Phil Tippet's Dragon,from Dragonslayer.

If CAMERON and SPIELBERG would have a REAL respect for Ray HARRYHAUSEN's works, they would use REAL special effects, like stop-motion, mechanical effects and makeup art, to perform a perfect illusion and obtain some concrete monsters, and not the fake images created in CGI. Anyone helped Ray HARRYHAUSEN to create new projects as hoped, and Rob BOTTIN, Steve JOHNSON or Chris WALAS are not allowed to bring another monsters to screen. Shame !

Harryhausen an example of someone following his bliss. Good to see him celebrated by the new generation of fantasy image makers. He was a great animator and what was great was how he really created the whole look of his films and stories through his wonderful storyboards and concept designs. A master at drawing and sculpting. I love him. Always had since I was 12 and saw 7th Voyage of Sinbad in a drive-in theatre.
