Some of those cars with rear facing radar are actually plate scanners for locating stolen vehicles/plates or ATLs. They drive them thru the parking lots in my area of Phoenix all the time. Really neat system, just search for "automates license plate recognition"

i agree. i paused the video right on the frame where you can see the bike. i could only see the rear half of the bike but it looks sporty and somewhere along the lines of a BMW. nice catch
