Can anyone help me out? I wear silicone earskins a lot because of the winter and even though I oil my ears everyday they still get dry ( I've only been using oil consecutively for 4 days ,lol) It's really annoying because the bottom of my lobe will be really shiny and oiled and the inside drys out fast. Is it the silicone? I've never had a problem with silicone until 1/2"

Tea Tree Oil does have it's place with piercings sometimes, I had hypertrophic scarring on my nose ring a few years ago and I added TTO with a Q-tip and it eventually made it go down. It can also help with the dreaded cheek ooze from dimple piercings when used sparingly (which anyone who has experienced it will know sucks giant amounts of male genitalia).

Basically if a piercing needs drying or disinfecting (which isn't a good idea in most cases, but does happen) then TTO is a good idea.

It contains Vitamine E oil and my piercer recommended it, so I should be ok, right?

Will it thicken and even make them more stretchy, my lobes that is?

im at like a inch jojoba oil is like a god send for thin lobes mines thicken'd up like fuck knows 2 or 3 months of using it they wer like not twice as thick but not far off buy it its great i got it off the net

joe i fuked up my left ear. Its infected, its not the first time though, my left ear has been infected 3 times and my right one just once. Ever since i blew out my left ear it gets infected right after a stretch. I've ignored all my infections :) i know i shouldnt but i just dont care much. WELL they've all healed EXCEPT this current one. It hurts like a bitch (first time an infection hurts) not a lot of blood like the other times, AND this bitch is closing up quick. I stretched from 00 to 7 16

Dude, if your vitamin e oil smells like fish ass, you're buying the wrong stuff. I bought super-thick Equate vitamin e oil from Wal-mart and it is very scentless.

I've had good luck with Tea Tree Oil for my cartilage piercings-I'll post a video response soon ;) It's proly not that great for lobes, but for cartilage bumps and keloids it's great :)
