Nope. This is a separate Trail Crew Trek program at Philmont which is Co-Ed and Focuses on learning foundation skills for the William T. Hornaday Conservation Award.

We make new trails as well as maintain old trails. :-)
Half of the program is trail-building, then the other half is a backpacking journey through Philmont including trail maintenance.
