Nice, that's a pretty fair score for those songs. I really enjoy the Stevie Ray Vaughn songs. Playing guitar on them is tough and challenging due to the blues influence.

I do miss the comments that Xygni makes when they show the song name and artist. Critical Acclaim's and This Calling's comments were probably the best.

(and on a side note I found both Rude Mood and Testify extremely fun to play on drums).

All in all, this was an absolutely fantastic review and good to see ya back making em xygni! (even though I think you were overly critical of the drums! I mean come on, Chris Layton is a fabulous drummer)

Haha, absolutely, I also enjoyed Testify and Rude Mood on drums, on expert.

The two of them may be repetitive but the overall feel of the friggin song make it worth it.

Rude Mood is also awesome, I don't know why xygni hated it.

Oh, and alt strumming is the new black.

Well it is blues drumming, you can't really expect all that much (in fact if they weren't to make it as repetitive it wouldn't be nearly as good).

XenonLiger wow Tommy Shannon was the fucking bassist. Also it's true I can tell by looking at their fucking pictures they are scene kids that listen to fucking shit music. Also, only some drummers do solos, most songs drummers keep the beat and throw in some other little kicks and what not. But damn, Only 3-5 drummers go big and do drum solos.

To anyone who says "Drumming is just to keep a beat" Tell that to Mike Portnoy, Neal Peart or the spirit of Keith Moon. You can be awesome and non repetative as a drummer, give Xygni a break, he likes fun. Not wanting to just keep a beat is why I would rather play Avenged Sevenfold, Dream Theatre, The Who or Rush than these songs (No offence Tommy Shannon)

First off, pride and joy and texas flood were my least favorites in their respective games so not everybody loves them. And second off, there's too much blank space in Texas Flood to give it a 10

I know the drummer is supposed to keep a beat. But this is a video game. The scores are there to tell people who only play fake drums whether it's fun on fake drums or not. I've got no problem with Chris Layton. I don't really understand why you had to call us fags when we didn't do anything to you, but I guess the anonymity of the internet kind of gives you balls you normally don't have, huh? Also, scene music sucks, and I'm a big fan of electric blues/blues rock esp SRV and BB Chung King.

Sorry, but in most genres of music, drums are there simply to keep the beat and maybe throw some interesting rhythms and fills in every once in awhile ... it may not be fun to play but that's how it works, so you can't really fault the drummer for that, it's not like he expected this album to be put in a video game

Yeah, while i DO admit that the drums for most of these songs look pretty pathetic (and i usually play on hard, too <_<), you gotta admit: At least the drummers didn't get screwed NEARLY as bad as the vocalists did with this pack. XD

How exactly did the vocalists get screwed? We may have only gotten 7 songs, but they're freaking awesome. Texas Flood and Pride and Joy would be a 10 and a 9 on vocals (respectively), and everything else is great, too.
