  • Who left the cap of the toothpaste tube

Who forgot to flush the loo

  • tremendous, saw fish perform the acoustic version of this last month....

  • @ISREAL53

    Dash from Israel

  • absolutely fecking fantastic.

  • israel53, son daccaordo con te, si chiamano se vuoi...EMOZIONI

  • Marillion - це просто фантастична прогрокова команда, особливо коли фротменом був Fish! Thanx to ILoveAnnieHaslam for this compilation. Дякую. Greetings from Ukraine!

  • It was a simple yet effective process: the tune would usually be catchy and accessible, allowing Fish to make the lyrics as proggy or as poppy as he liked.

  • peter gabriel wannabe...im afraid!! HOWEVER.....i liked them, and had this album back in 1984.....and played it to death,no doubt!!

  • @deanprabhuji who cares, everybody is influenced by somebody

  • @ISREAL53 ~ True (about Fish) ~ He's a poet, a philosopher, a realist, and sometimes even religious in a way I cannot define. There is more 'Spirit' in his music and lyrics than anyone can find in a Church of "God".

  • @PangoliaDogg15 grazie.

  • I heard that the Fugazi album was written by Fish when he was suicidal about all the unnecessay evil of the Earth, from the Micro to the Macro. No fucking wonder a man of the intellect I esteem him to have came up with not only this song, but the ENTIRE GENIUS LYRICS OF THAT ALBUM. Maybe he was stood in a place where 'we' dare not look?...

  • One person was punched... and her name is probably Judy.

  • the best lyrics part is: SHA SHA!

  • great album, great single!wonderful!

  • It's a true of the family life :)

  • Whatever happened to fukin' gays.

jude jude jude jude ...lol,...ah Judy nomore! I LOVE MARILLION..PUNCH

  • Why hasn't Ian Mosley gained recognition as the world class drummer he is?

  • @MordakeHead Because he's a drummer?

  • @KarmicAnarchist Well, that's one way of looking at it... Drummers rarely become STARS, but guys like Cozy Powell, Jeff Porcaro, Neil Peart et al get RECOGNITION. On a different note, all guitarists with few exceptions are self-absorbed show-off whimps who obsess about their minuscule penises.

  • @MordakeHead yourself included? That's a bit specific otherwise.

  • @whatwouldjudydo Ha ha ha, I'm no guitarist, thank God! People like Yngwie Malmsteen and Angus Young made me realise that I never, EVER, would want to go on stage with an instrument associated with people like that, who just want to make themselves look good, not the band. The guitar is a wonderful instrument, I just can't stand the people who play it,

  • @MordakeHead I love Yngwie Malmsteen ,but i like too Marillion, where is the problem?!!!!

  • @mirox25 Well... None, from where I'm standing.

  • @MordakeHead PEACE AND LOVE ON EARTH, does not it?

  • Whatever happened to compliments on unnatural size?

  • great song this. i used to love marillion

  • CHE TEMPI.......MARILLION fantastici, riescono a metermi l'anima sù e giù...dandomi grandi ricordi e emozioni . GRAZIE!!!!!

  • @mirox25 ~ Marillion ~ Punch & Judy ~ Capisco un po' d'italiano. BELLE PAROLE!

  • @ISREAL53 And yet he never wrote a note.

  • They should have named this one 'Punchin' Judy', so it could have been an anthem against spousal abuse. ;) But seriously, 'Script...' and 'Fugazi' are both in my all-time album top 20. Not a hint of a bad song (or even moment) on either of them.

  • @troynew2006 I couldn't agree with you more! I think Script might be in the top 5 all time debut albums. Both albums do not have a bad song in them, and really, the more you listen to Cluthing at Straws the better it gets. I saw them at the Hammersmith back in 84, great concert, I loved Fish coming out with a helmut for the encore - Forgotten Sons. The place went crazy!!

  • true that,unlike the overstimated(in my opinion)misplace childhood.

  • FANTABULOUS!!!

  • I am now 40!!! this song reminds me of being 15, in Scarborough!!! (went on holiday with my mate, she was into marillion), hence my love of them

  • Love Fugazi, Emerald lies and this tune in perticular, no longer on vinyl in my collection I'm afraid. This track applies to many of my early relationships - thank God I'm 40 - done all that now we accept. Haunted me [this track] in teenage years. Thanks for such a good sound recording. I played this to death at Biggin Hill RAF recruiting....Excellent!

  • Come Back Judy !

  • yes, he certainly does..

    those were the days
