How the hell do you add car mods to pc GTA4 have seen heaps of them online that I want but dont have a clue what to do with them and if they spawn or you need to look for them or what it took me ages to figure out how independance fm worked so any help would be good done the game so many times through changing gaming platforms xbox-ps3-pc and loosing memory stick so mods are the only new thing left to try just not sure where to start
