Personally, I don't have anything against popular media. On the plus side, seeing it tells you a lot about the people of the world, but that of course doesn't mean going to see every high-profile movie that comes out.
Sometimes the phenomenon of a movie is even more interesting than the movie itself. Same goes for TV.
By the way, I've come to conclude that the people who were bugging you before were merely teenage trolls fishing for a response. They probably do the same on every video.
Can you tell me what this means in context to the story? I never watched SW, but am getting interested in the wisdom within. Is this about self-realization, coming into oneself? Thanks

Basically, Luke is an eager youngster who wants to become a Jedi, but Yoda is concerned because his father went on the same path and met with disaster. Yoda wants Luke to realize that it isn't all fun and games, but his statement of "you will be" shows that he's decided to take him on as a student anyway, and won't go easy on him.
No problem dude. No doubt the others were acting like jerks because they think there's no excuse for not having seen Star Wars, but no matter how you look at it it's still just entertainment. Nothing wrong with not having seen it.
I think you should watch the trilogy when you have time, though. It's good fun. :)

He gave his daughter a SW poster and told her that if she read it daily she would have success in life. Never even seen wizard of oz, Rambo, and other newer movies one zillion ppl have. Tho I failed when I watched Titanic, haha! I still practice this with movies and the rest of my live. Just a humble rebel. :P
