@Hiepopotamus its only C02 which is in the atmosphere the toxic ones are the fire prevention systems in datacenters which pump out Halon 1301 i belive - which is poisionous.

no its CO2..look at the nozzle...the white 'foam' on the ground is the CO2..dry chemical or 'powder' have a small nozzle and the spray coming out of them is generally yellow or purple...CO2 is white like that
