12 5 2010 Still waiting for the State of Massachusetts to do their jobs, but four years and counting of being exposed to illegal pure tones and microwave radiation leakage does not look like the State will grow a pair and stand up to the utilities. It is obvious the test plan they have been woefully stalled out in producing for over 2 years have produced one that is riddled with holes and will not in the end serve resolve the pollution issues. The State is not advocating on our behalf.

The State of MA has reacted minimally when we have presented evidence. They attempted to close our case numerous times, but could not because we presented a witness list confirming the noise, power quality evidence and now microwave noise forensic evidence proving a constant noise not just at our home but throughout the town. The State and Utilities have refused to include RF testing here. They have an affidavit from an expert we presented to them. They can't ignore the evidence!!!

We hear from Brenda at consumer affairs and she robotically said they are not responsible for household appliance compliance!!!!
