Firstly, Britney is amazing. I see why you all call her Buckwild, she has a lot of energy.

Next, Im a 16 year old girl and im really interested in parkour. I want to start parkour, free running and I want to be able to defend myself but not with karate (I tried it, I was good but it was too...instructed for me). I really wish I could come to Guardian Art if only to observe but I live in the Bahamas. So can you give me any advise on how to start? Please message me.
