@TheFlowMeister Thanks for watching, I forgot this short doco until looking through the other day, I had a look at that punch and can see why you would say to finish, however that would be down to differences in our linages, for demo I mostly just raise the structures. When striking we contact where the muscles are in a balanced relaxed state thus allowing to let the bodys mass flow into the opponents structure, this is when the joints are rotated and excelerated. there are programs for free on the internet, with which you can download youtube videos. i have it on my computer, so i can take the youtube videos on my ipod touch. just google something like "download youtube videos" or something.

I think a lot of people are missing that point here on youtube. Presentation is very important, no matter what you're trying to show.

I also felt there wasn't a lot of unnecessary bravado being displayed here.
