Dez has skills that only show up in a select few players.  It's really too bad that he made some bad decisions and got suspended. OSU needed him, and that became VERY apparent when he was gone. But I hope he kicks some ass now that he's with those other Cowboys. :)

change of direction ability and skills are insane for someone his size. straight line 40 time isnt a good indicator of nfl speed for a number of players. Ya it works for chris johnson, but felix ran a slower 40 than forte and mendenhall, and you can't argue that felix isnt a faster player than those guys or isnt explosive. Dez ran a 4.49-4.55, since when is a 4.49 too slow. You can tell by his broad jump over 11 feet that he has lower body explosion that is better than most receivers dream of.

LOL. I guess you don't know the difference between football speed, and strait line 40 time speed, which is still pretty good at 4.5. Dude is anything but slow. Say hes "to slow" to anyone that actually knows this player, and they'll laugh pretty hard. And hes not a slot WR either. He's a perfect outside the number's type WR.

I don't see where or why it matters if he is a southpaw if he is on the left side of the field then the ball would go out of bounds before it would be stripped but even having said that who cares as long as he can hold on to the rock.
