  • This sounds like this might have been recorded for his Stubborn Kind Of Fellow LP in 1963. Martha & The Vandellas did alot of the background vocals on that LP. If not, this was possibly a Mickey Stevenson produced follow-up But, it looks like "Can You Get A Witness", fall '63, won the release vote at Motown.

  • @hollidayevery ...And this should have been released as a hit. It has all of the stuff: Soul, blues, and jazz. I just don't know about the record industry sometimes.
