I went to a hot sauce shop today and tried one that was over 700,000 scoville units, which is quite a bit hotter than the original Daves Insanity Sauce, but Daves seems to hit a lot harder. This one took a long time to build up, and it ended up being hot, but it didn't have that immediate "WHOA!" factor that Daves does. I think Daves is the best that I've tried, so far. Haven't done any Blairs or Mad Dog yet though...
