also remove the belt man, your core and lower back wont get any stronger whilst the rest of your body develops and will lead to injury if you ever train without the belt
they look good to me, man. i'd say maybe try and get your elbows a little farther forwards on the rack position, and as you press the bar overhead, get your head and torso through faster, like the moment it's high enough to clear you should start getting under.
what's your BW? that's some decent press strength.
