  • id start with 35 grains of triple seven powder..then a patched .440 lead round ball .. your looking at power factor along the lines of a 38 special ..except a much larger hole.. after some practice hitting rabbit size game at 30- 40 yards should be easy. i hunt with black powder firearms all the time.. and when the time is taking to learn your gun. there just as deadly as modern gun...

  • Hi there just ran across your video I have one identical to the one your showing. I was hoping to find out how many grains of powder to put in mine. If you decide to sell it please let me know and hope you have good luck with it my friend.

  • @thewelp actually I was trying to figure out the same thing.. i really want to shoot it before I decide what to do with it..

  • @lanceoa Hi there again buddy, well from what I found on google search they are telling me to start out with a small load of powder maybe 30 grains but not to exceed 60 in a pistol. I wanted to test fire it today but have been so darn sick with the flu its going to have to wait. Dont forget me buddy if you decide to sell it my friend I would like to have 2 of them just to set them in my gun case together. Good Luck and Happy New Years to you and your family, Calvin.
